Colorful enamel insect charms such as a ladybug, butterfly, honeybee, and dragonfly buzz about in a field of white enamel daisies with cheerful yellow centers, and green crystal accents create the effect of lush garden growth. The real focal point of this piece is at the bottom, where we’ve attached a large round brass medallion, on which we’ve engraved a stunning sundial. We etched Roman numerals around the perimeter, and added an artistic sun with face design, rising from the bottom edge, at the 6AM position. In the center, we’ve attached a square pyramid rivet, a representation of a gnomon, the raised component that casts the shadow that indicates the hour.
